The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Atelier Japan NON. Atelier Japan NON operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
Atelier Japan NON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Each Atelier Japan NON press-on nail set is individually handcrafted in Japan. As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, placement, finish, or other details may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade products and are not considered defects.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased by you will exactly match photographs or other representations displayed on our online store.
All product descriptions, designs, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Atelier Japan NON.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order. An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance.
Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Because our press-on nails are handcrafted and may be made or prepared specifically for your order, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production or order processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or other contact information provided when the order was placed.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are available only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that products purchased from Atelier Japan NON are intended for your personal or household use and are not purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENT AND DUTIES
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our online store and are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any applicable discounts or promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country or region.
Where applicable, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for understanding and paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the authorities in your destination country or region.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Atelier Japan NON ships orders from Japan.
Processing times and estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections, postal services, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Atelier Japan NON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country or region unless otherwise expressly stated.

Atelier Japan NON is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Atelier Japan NON.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Atelier Japan NON, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Atelier Japan NON.
